We learned in September that the Entraction Poker Network would close down, does only 7 months later IGT purchased the swedish poker network for £70 million. Since the purchase they have managed to loose over 50% of the player liquidity and in November IGT decided to close down the network in December.

As a result of this many of the poker rooms on the Entraction network have been looking for new platforms to join and one of the biggest brands, Betson, will now be moving to Microgaming network in December.

Numerous other Entraction brand will be joining. As earlier mentioned in our poker news section, the ones that have sofar announced their move to Microgaming are so far NoiQ, 24hPoker, Bet BetVictor as well Paf Group.

This will certainly give the Microgaming network a strong boost.
